The book is divided into three parts:1st (Units 1-6): breathing, initial contact with the sax, articulation, improvization, position and relaxation.
2nd (units 7 to 20): themes are presented and worked on through warm-up (long notes), short technical exercises and repertoire. Various facets of interpretative techniques are also introduced.
Sight reading of unseen pieces: 21 progressive exercises.
