This is a set of 22 songs dedicated to cats which progress from young voices on up to young adults. Jordi Domenech is a prize winning pianist and singer, as well as composer, and is one of our most popular composers from Catalonia.
This collection goes from very simple songs to more sophisticated songs and arrangements. Some of them are in 2 voices, others have an optional clarinet part. Most of the songs are original with texts by the composer and poetess Pilar Cabot. The collection can be performed in many different ways, doing a selection of songs according to the circumstances and needs of the group. It is divided into 3 sections according to age.

La clasificación del nivel de una partitura normalmente viene determinado por el grado de dificultad técnica del instrumento o voz. En los casos de obras para formaciones instrumentales diversas, orquestales, vocales, etc. el nivel se determina atendiendo a la complejidad general de la obra, no a la de sus instrumentos en particular. Es muy importante conocer este criterio porque las obras de conjunto aparecen también en los listados específicos de cada uno de sus instrumentos o voces que participan en él, pero el nivel que se indica es el de la formación instrumental-vocal.
